Morning:

  • Get outside in the sun within 1 hour of waking

  • Eat 30g+ protein at breakfast

Throughout the Day:

  • Drink water from glass or stainless steel (not plastic)

  • Store and reheat food in glass containers

  • Eat the rainbow (colorful veggies and fruits)

  • Include fermented foods (sauerkraut, kimchi, yogurt)

  • Take a 10-minute walk after at least one meal

  • Do a muscle-building workout 2x per week

  • Avoid touching receipts (BPA exposure)

Evening:

  • Eat dessert for dessert, not as a snack

  • Stop eating 2-3 hours before bed

  • Limit screens 90 minutes before bed
