Hi, I’m Bridget Walton.

I’m a holistic nutritionist and hormone coach who discovered this work through my own gut health challenges.

I work with women across the US who are done guessing about their hormone imbalances and ready to actually figure out what's going on.

I got into this work because I dealt with my own gut issues that were throwing my hormones off and making me think my bloating was normal. The conventional methods of asking my doctors for help yielded no change, so I went through training, got certified, and built I'm Hormonal to help both myself and women get the answers we all deserve.

For the past 2 years, I've been supporting women in understanding their bodies, getting clear on the root cause of clients’ hormone and digestive challenges, and creating protocols that work for their real lives.

Past Life

I was an Officer in the Marine Corps and spent time as a sales pro in corporate America. Basically: I know how to get shit done, and I know how to explain complex topics in a way that actually makes sense.

How I Work

My approach is simple: test, don’t guess. This is what I focus on.

Gut health first. Your gut is the foundation of hormone balance. If you've got infections, inflammation, or microbiome imbalances, your hormones can't stabilize. This foundation is critical.

Sustainable changes. No extreme diets or restrictive meal plans unless absolutely necessary. I help you build nutrition and lifestyle habits you can actually maintain.

Functional lab testing. Using panels like the GI-MAP (for gut health), the MRT Food Sensitivity test, and/or the DUTCH test (for hormone health) help us get clear on exactly what’s happening in your body. We use that information to implement a personalized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle protocol that will restore balance.

Education at every step. You're not just getting a protocol - you're learning how your body works so you can advocate for yourself forever.

What I Do (and Don’t) Do

As a holistic nutritionist and hormone coach—which means I provide nutrition education and support so your body and systems can restore balance. There’s nothing medical about it (but it’s usually worth clarifying that I don’t provide medical treatment, advice, or diagnosis).

Why This Matters

Offering you the support that you truly need to restore balance to your digestion and hormones can take time. There are no quick fixes. And working with me you’ll get the personalized support and education that your body needs, as well as a plan built for your body and your real life.

  • I use functional lab testing to create personalized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle protocols for you—all based on your biology and what’s sustainable for your real life. I have educational resources for you on everything from food, endocrine disruptors, movement, and more. I’m here to support you all along the way; we’re partners on this journey.

  • I don’t diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. I always recommend working alongside your healthcare provider for comprehensive care.

About the Name

Yeah, it’s a little cheeky.

I chose “I’m Hormonal” because I was tired of hearing that phrase used to dismiss women’s real experiences. Like our unpredictable periods, never ending fatigue, or hormonal chaos weren’t legitimate problems.. just us being “hormonal.”

But here’s the thing: we ARE all hormonal. Hormones run everything; your energy, mood, metabolism, fertility, sleep, digestion. Being hormonal isn’t the problem. Being hormonally imbalanced… well that’s the issue.

So I reclaimed it for us. The name is intentional. It’s a reminder that being hormonal is normal (because every living being is dependent upon hormones), and you deserve actual answers, not dismissals.

We’re learning to work WITH our hormones, not against them. Because honestly, they make life what it is.
